A number of type-safety enhancements and clarifications to Loc, as described in http://github.com/dpp/liftweb/issues/#issue/139 This patch does introduce a number of breaking changes due to renames such as defaultParams => defaultValue, requestParams => requestValue etc. and as a consequence of adding the type parameter to the base LocParam trait. If accepted, I will send a ***BREAKING CHANGES*** email to the relevant lists. These changes will likely only affect those individuals who have written their own classes subclassing Loc, which I hope will be a relatively small contingent of users
