Removed trait BasicLiftProject extends BasicDependencyProject and inlined the contents inside LiftParentProject and LiftDefaultProject. This should take care of the incorrect ordering of traits in the same dependency chain. The respective branches have been updated. NB: Since, we have code slush I can do the merge after release unless somebody opines otherwise.
