Moved JsonBoxSerializer from util to new package json.ext and removed $ from the field names per discussion on the mailing list.
Existing tests.

Looks good. Perhaps a breaking change note to mailing list is required:
- package has changed 
- serialization format has changed (affects for instance users having these in caches or in some long term storages)
