Add support for nulls in MongoDocument and MongoRecord. Only works for JsonObject types in Record. Also added Box support via BoxSerializer.
Passes existing tests that were unmodified. Added new tests for null and Box.

Hi, BoxSerializer looks identical to JsonBoxSerializer in net.liftweb.util.JsonTypes. What is the reason for not reusing that?
