Added some implicit conversions to and from Date and JodaTime's classes to/from TimeSpans. This should achieve Derek's goals of supporting JodaTime but with far less breakage with existing apps. Basically, TimeSpan will convert itself implicitly into either a Date or a DateTime.
Passes existing tests.
