Javascript DSL inconsistencies

Two little inconsistencies in the Javascript DSL:
1/ It seems that it misses "JsAnd", "JsOr" and "JsNot

2/ JsNotEQ capitalization seems inconsistant with JsEq/JsLtEq/JsGtEq. Perhaps it should be correct before 2.0, as it would be an API change.

I'd prefer it if there were no breaking changes, but eh... ship it.
