Ajax function coming from Comet is not invoked

Some Ajax functions created from CometActors were never part of functions map.
Tested the application provided by Chris and described here: http://groups.google.com/group/liftweb/browse_thread/thread/a9be0de0fa72d377

better yet S.initIfUninitted is redundant in two places since the S.initIfUnininitted is already called in the messageHandler.
