A new HTML5 snippet to easily support HTML5;  simply drop on pages/templates that use HTML5.

That is interesting but personally I'm not sure if we should expose HTML 5 support as a built in snippet. Compared to other (X)HTML versions that we support this looks a bit disrupted to me.

  1. I think we'll develop further support for HTML5 in time but this looks like an easy way to get started and for people to experiment.
    
    There's also a precedent for manipulating the DOCTYPE with the SkipDocType built-in snippet.
    
    Anyway, happy to discard this if it doesn't fit.

I like the idea.  I'd like to see it generalized so that other stuff that can be set with S.xxxx made into snippets that can be dropped into a page.
