Mapper is not logging inserts and deletes

The change I made for bug 99 turns out to have broken logging for inserts and deletes because those are being run via prepareStatement. I've moved the logging from DB.exec to DB.runPreparedStatement instead, which should capture *all* prepared statements.
On LiftTicket I now see all selects, inserts, updates and deletes
